Green Kettle Lettings

Green Kettle arrange lettings primarily in the Southampton area for local landlords.

We offer accommodation for students and professionals normally on a 12 monthly basis. Each property is let on a single tenancy agreement.

All properties are presented and maintained to a high standard, have been risk assessed for fire safety and insulated to current standards.

We undertake to act fairly to both landlords and tenants.

Due to the direct nature of our operation we charge no set up fees for tenants.
